Comfort & Wellness
Bathing, shower, tub, bed bath or sponge bath. Toilet needs, bedpan, urinal, briefs & diaper.
Personal Look & Feel
Nails: clean and file (only). Shampoo, comb, brush, & dress hair.
Moving Around
Assistance with mobility: cane, walker or wheel chair. Range of motion exercises.
Cooking & Housekeeping
Assistance with eating & feeding. Laundering (wash and iron - clothes or linens), cleaning, etc.
Reminders & Activities
Medication reminders, helpful activities, shopping, etc. Observe, report & document client status.
