Personal Attendant Services (PAS) is a state-funded and state-authorized Medicaid benefit that helps clients with tasks of daily living. Revived Hands offers person-centered, compassionate care for those who need professional care and support for their personal, social, and medical needs.
The care services that Revived Hands provide are individualized based on a comprehensive assessment of each person's preferences, abilities, and needs. We provide our clients with the opportunity to interview, train, supervise, and discharge their selected personal attendant.
Primary Home Care (PHC) – We provide home care services to Texas residents who need assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, feeding or eating, housekeeping, exercise, laundry, shopping, and toileting.
PHC provide non-technical attendant services to eligible individuals who have a medical condition resulting in a functional limitation in performing personal care.
Revived Hands attendants are trained to be compassionate and attention to details when attending to our clients.
Texas' Community Attendant Services (CAS) program provides non-medical personal care assistance, homemaker services, and transportation assistance to / from medical appointments for Texas residents who, due to health issues, have difficulty independently completing these daily living activities.
Services will be provided by a trained, compassionate attendant whose sole intention is to improve your quality of life at home, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, medication reminders, etc.
